Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to everything on roboaibharat.com and its sections (learn, school, studio and business), run by “kaushik.vasudev@gmail.com" ("RAIB", "we"). By using the website or buying from us, you agree to them.

1. Who can use RAIB

You must be 18 or older to create an account on your own or to buy anything. Students under 18 use RAIB through their school or with a parent or guardian, who is responsible for their account and payments.

2. Accounts

Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

3. Courses and school programs

• Buying a course gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to access it for your own learning for one year from the date of payment. You may not copy, resell or share course videos or materials.
• School programs run for a full academic year. Fees are billed monthly per student as agreed with the school. A school may cancel only with effect from the next academic year.

4. Studio creations (songs, videos, portraits)

• All Studio orders require 100% advance payment before work begins.
• You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every photo, name, voice and piece of information you send us, and that the people shown agree to it.
• We do not create content that is sexual, hateful, defamatory, violent, that impersonates real people without consent, or that involves minors in any romantic or sexual way. We may refuse or cancel such requests.
• Music links you share are used as a mood reference only. We create original music and do not reproduce copyrighted songs.
• Once paid in full, you may use the delivered creation for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use needs a business package. RAIB may show a sample of your creation only with your permission.

5. Surprise links

Surprise links are free. Be kind: links that harass, threaten or deceive someone, or that send romantic content to anyone under 18, are removed. Anyone can report a link.

6. Prices and payments

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or UPI details. All payments are non-refundable — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Intellectual property

ROBOAIBHARAT™ is a registered trademark. The website, courses, lesson materials and software are owned by RAIB and may not be copied without permission.

8. Liability

We work hard to keep RAIB accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product concerned.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will post the new date here. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at our registered place of business have jurisdiction.
