Delivery Policy
Everything RAIB sells is delivered digitally. We do not ship physical products to customers.
Online courses
Access is given instantly after successful payment and lasts for one year from the date of payment. Find your courses under My learning in your account.
School programs
Students receive their login details by email from RAIB after the school enrols. Classes are delivered in school and on the RAIB platform. Robotics kits used in class remain RAIB's property and are not shipped to students.
Studio creations
- Delivered as a download link sent by email and WhatsApp (no account needed).
- Work begins after 100% advance payment.
- Usual timelines after payment and receiving all your photos and details: songs about 3 days, festival videos about 2 days, portraits about 2 days. Busy festival periods may take longer; we'll tell you the date when you order.
- You get automatic WhatsApp and email updates when your order is placed, when work starts, and when it's ready.
- When it's ready, you receive a private download link that is valid for 3 days. Please save your files within that time; contact us if you need the link re-sent.
AI Fest
Your registration confirmation and ticket are emailed right after payment.
